      Create an account with Factor4
      1. Contact Factor4 to create an account.

      2. Provide Factor4 all necessary information to set up your account.

      RESULT

      Factor4 will send you an email confirmation containing your Union venue's credentials for integration. Once integrated, you will be able to perform the following functions.

      Create Gift Card Buttons

      • Union will create new Gift Card buttons with denominations of $5, $10, $25, $50, and $100.
      • Buttons should be designed to allow combination purchases to reach desired Gift Card balances.

      Redeem a Gift Card

      1. To redeem a Gift Card, open an unpaid tab within the Union POS system.
      2. Select the "Pay" option, then choose "Gift Card".
      3. Swipe the loaded gift card to complete the redemption process.

      Review Gift Card Reporting

      • To track Gift Card sales, generate a sales report categorized under GIFT CARD sales.
      • Utilize the sales by category report function to obtain data on all GIFT CARD items sold within the specified date range.
