Order Replacement Hardware

Follow these steps to order new hardware, request an update on an existing order, or how to contact Union if a needed item shows as "Sold Out".

Order New Hardware

Orders can be placed online for your most frequently requested hardware items at parts.getunion.com.
  • Processing time for online orders: 48 hours, dependent on inventory availability.
  • Simply search by item name or image for your replacement item(s).

Orders can also be placed manually through the Support team.

  • Processing time for manual orders: 3 to 7 business days, dependent on inventory availability.
  • Please contact Support if you require a new terminal for your venue. 

Request an Order Update

For an update on your order, either:

  • Reply back to your order confirmation email and request an update; or
  • Contact Support.

Contact Union Regarding a Sold-Out Item

Our online ordering page reflects our current inventory at your time of purchase. Therefore, you will see a "Sold Out" notification if we are currently out of stock.

  • Reach out to Support to inquire when an item will be back in stock.
  • If an already purchased item becomes backordered, Union will reach out and inform you of its availability date.
