      Release an iPad Terminal from Union MDM Control

      Follow these steps to request release of an iPad that was previously used as a Union terminal.

      1. Unlock the iPad and open iPad Settings.
      2. Select "General".
      3. In the General menu, select "About".
      4. Write down the serial number listed in the About section.
        ⇒ Note: The serial number for each individual iPad must be collected if more than one iPad is to be released by Union MDM. 
      5. Email support@getunion.com with all of the following:
        • Your name
        • Your contact details
        • The venue name associated with the iPads
        • The serial number for each iPads to be released

      ⇒ Result: Union will respond within 48 hours. Assuming all information listed above is received, expect your release request to typically be finalized within two to three business days, barring extenuating circumstances.
